Open File on Windows Server 2016
Some users running AccountEdge on Windows Server 2016 experience a bug when browsing to their company file. If you launch AccountEdge to the Welcome screen, click Browse, and select your company file to open, AccountEdge will take you back to the Welcome screen rather than opening the file.
The workaround for this is to open your file by clicking directly on the company file (file with the .myo extension) rather than Browsing to it from the Welcome screen. You can also create a shortcut for the .myo company file and put that shortcut on your desktop for easy access.
